Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust provides Hospital and community services for people living in

Dr Ros Tolcher trained as
a doctor at Southampton University Medical School. She was appointed Chief
Executive at the Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust in August 2014.
Prior to moving to Harrogate Ros led a large community and mental health Trust
in the South of England. Before becoming a CEO Ros held posts as a
Consultant in Reproductive Health; Clinical Director of sexual health services
and Medical Director and Managing Director of PCT provider services.
Throughout her career Ros has
maintained an unwavering focus on patient experience and the quality of care
provided. She has extensive experience of working across acute, community and
primary care, and has been at the forefront of developing new models of
integrated health and social care.
