BRAHMS – Ein Deutsches Requiem

ELGAR – Enigma Variations (arranged for two pianos), Give unto the Lord and Ave Verum.

Harrogate Choral Society return to the concert stage after an absence of nearly two years with a concert featuring the beautiful Brahms Requiem, accompanied on two pianos by Thomas Moore - HCS Accompanist and Deputy Music Director, and his brother Stephen Moore - Director of Music at Llandaff Cathedral. Soloists for the Brahms are Laurie Ashworth, Soprano and Adam Green, Bass.

The concert will also include Elgar’s Enigma Variations arranged for two pianos and two choral pieces by Elgar – Give unto the Lord and Ave Verum. It will be conducted by the recently appointed Music Director of Harrogate Choral Society – David Lawrence.
