Our 13,700 sqm of adaptable space, including a 2,000-seat auditorium, host over 100 events a year, from the Eurovision Song Contest to leading medical conferences and concerts, each have unique technical needs.

Scientific conferences often require technological solutions that push our limits. An example is a recent medical association annual conference, where our Technical team delivered a split-screen ultrasound demonstration of live scanning and simulated needling on stage in a tight time frame, working with medical grade equipment—a first for our auditorium stage.

Dynamic Digital Displays

Our multi-LED wall science poster system transforms static content into an interactive experience. Whether you need one poster or three, the modular design ensures a fluid transition across a seamless digital canvas. Add to that our custom-built 360° sponsorship columns—eight synchronised 4K screens delivering tailored messaging for different delegate flows—and you have branding opportunities that truly stand out.

NDI-enabled relay screens that can be set up anywhere in the building complex ensure that delegates can stay connected to the event’s key moments wherever they are without the high cost of streaming.

Speaker Management Made Simple

Forget juggling multiple apps and stage timers. We have integrated open-source tools into a centralised platform gives organisers full control of speaker timers and session displays from one centralised and customisable branded homepage. It’s intuitive, network-accessible, and designed for real-time flexibility.

Streamlined Logistics with Mobiledock

For event organisers, the lion share of the work happens behind the scenes, before the event opens and after it closes. Traffic management is crucial to the building and breaking of an event. That’s why we’ve partnered with Mobiledock, a paperless scheduling system that minimises wait times and ensures smooth, secure deliveries, enabling efficient event setups and breakdowns.

Convenient Catering via QR Codes

No more long queues. Visitors attending entertainment shows can order interval drinks from their seats, and exhibitors can have their ordered lunch delivered straight to their stand, maximising on valuable time spent with customers. This innovation also proved a hit at AireCon Analog Gaming Festival, where players stayed immersed in the action at their gaming tables without missing a meal.
