4 Site Security Services Ltd. manages our on-site security with a 24/7 CCTV control room and patrols. Stewards are contracted through event specialists Showsec.

Regardless of reporting structure our One Direction team approach to customer service ensures continuity between departments, designed to give you a seamless customer experience.

HCC works closely with Counter Terrorism Policing, Project Servator and North Yorkshire Police to monitor security risks and keep our venue safe.

Your Event Manager will advise on deployment of staff and additional support where requested.
